1. In a large mixing bowl, Combine chilled cream and coconut cream. (Omit liquid from coconut cream)

3. Whip mixture.
4. Fold in pinapple crush, syrup and coconut slices.
5. Transfer to freezer safe tupperware.
6. Top with crushed pistachios
7. Freeze overnight / until set.
