It also means you can make one quesadilla to serve two people, without having to keep one of them warm (which I always find makes it loes that wonderful crispiness). Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot.
Brown both sides of each quesadilla stack in skillet until golden brown. Build cake: Place a tortilla on bottom of prepared springform pan. Top with a layer of beef mixture and a handful of both cheeses. Repeat for five layers total, ending with cheese. Sandwich tortillas together with a mixture of cheese, chives, chicken and garlic to make these delicious quesadillas.
