You can prepare the achari masala as per the recipe given above and store it and use when required. You can use it in dal and curries too.
  6. Add the fried gobhi. Cover and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Add lemon juice and dry mango powder. Mix it well.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice, dal or roti, paratha, naan etc.
