  6. Take 1 tsp Garlic powder

Steps to make Teriyaki Garlic Ribs:
  1. Remove the silver skin from the backside of the ribs. Here is wher we need to decide if we are making moist ribs or dry ribs. If you are doing dry ribs, you know cut them into individual ribs. If you want a moist rib, leave the rack whole.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. This will be used for basting.
  3. Lay the ribs in a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Lay ribs on cookie sheets and brush with sauce so there is a thin coat on ribs.

  7. Now if you have done dry ribs, it will not develop a bark, only a little brown color. Cooking time will be approximately 90 minutes for the dry ribs. Give a slight dusting of garlic powder as soon as removed from oven.
