  8. Serve the two dishes together, putting the lamb ragu on top of the cucumber and gets bulgur. Garnish with any remaining mint should you wish!

Mix with mint, cucumber and scallions. Pour in the lemon juice, sumac and cumin and season with salt and pepper. Mix the rest of the oil with the salad and adjust seasonings.
