The ingredients needed to make Kimchi Chicken:
  1. Make ready chicken thigh cut into thin slices
  2. Get kimchi juice from kimchi jar
  3. Prepare grated ginger
  4. Get soy sauce
  5. Prepare corn starch
  6. Get kimchi sliced or to taste
  7. Get green onion thinly sliced

Empty flavour sachets and add boiling water up to the fill line. Add the chopped scallions, garlic and kimchi with its juice to the casserole and bring to a boil over moderately high heat. Nestle the chicken in the sauce, cover and simmer over moderately low. Heat vegetable oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add kimchi and heat until hot. Place the chicken in a snug-fitting baking tray. Pour one third of the marinade over the chicken and rub it in to all the nooks and crannies.
