Take Mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and mint
Instructions to make Chawarma !:
Cut chicken breast into thin slices, fry some garlic in 2 tbsp then add chicken slices
Add spices : salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp cloves, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp mustard, 1/2 tsp ground bay leaf, stir well then add bit of water and simmer for few minutes !
Slice onion and tomatoes, fry potatoes, chopped coriander, prepare the sauce by blending its ingredients !
Get chawarma bread, spread some creamy cheese, add chicken slices, slices of tomatoes and onion, chopped coriander, sauce and grated cheese, fold the bread like an envelope
Bake it on a hot pan or in chawarma special pan !
Serve it with green salad and fried potatoes !
